              Sara Lone


              Sara heads the Research Team at the Ecommerce Foundation, whose mission it is to foster global digital trade in the hopes of a more peaceful world. Sara’s daily work is in helping small- to medium-sized retailers sell cross-border online, specifically through the creation of ecommerce country and overview reports, hosting webinars, conducting custom research and creating content for multiple stakeholders in the ecommerce world .

              In addition to daily life, Sara presents on ecommerce-related topics and research around the world, advises stakeholders in furthering ecommerce domestically and internationally, and advocates for a more uniform methodology of data collection in the ecommerce sector.

              Mauricio Salvador

              President of ABComm: The Brazilian Ecommerce Association

              Mauricio Salvador is an expert in ecommerce and online marketing. He is President of ABComm: The Brazilian Ecommerce Association and a member of the Board of Directors at the Ecommerce Foundation.  Mauricio’s illustrious career has included a period as an Executive at Yahoo! and Marketing and Sales Director for Latin America at e-bit, an ecommerce information branch of BuscaPé Group, the major comparison-shopping website in Latin America. Author of five books including: “The Ecommerce Manager”, “How to start an on-line store” and “High Performance at Digital Marketing”. 

              Mauricio is the Founder at the Ecommerce School where they have oriented over 12,000 small and medium business and entrepreneurs to set up their presence online. He is also CEO at iHouse E-commerce Experts, a consulting company specializing in ecommerce, omnichannel and digital performance for retailers as well as an MBA Professor in top ranked universities in Sao Paulo.  Mauricio has lived in San Francisco, California where he taught marketing and ecommerce workshops at UC Berkeley and worked as consultant for e-ecommerce startups.

              Key Account Manager, Computop – the payment people 

              Torsten´s passion for Fintech and innovative payment solutions in an international environment have taken him from heading the North American business of global ad funded payment provider deal united in San Francisco to Head of Account Management at Latin America´s Cross-Border Payments leader BoaCompra by PagSeguro based in Sao Paulo and Lisbon.

              Now he´s responsible for Key Account Management at omnichannel PSP Computop based in Hamburg, Germany.
