Jeroen (31) started at an early age creating digital experiences through websites, ecommerce and social strategies. Through his own business working for clients like Paul Smith en MUJI. After working several years as a physical retail-manager and a digital/ crm strategy consultant at Capgemini Invent he was ready to blaze the trails of what we call omnichannel today. He’s an international oriented (+8 years experience) Customer Experience architect with a strong focus on service innovation. He worked for Jumbo and most recently for Unilever’s - Dollar Shave Club as Director Member Experience.
